Stella Nina McCartney is a British fashion designer. Stella is a veggie lover and does not utilize leather or fur in her line of garments. Stella has set up her brand in roughly 50 countries. She was referenced among the 'Time 100'. Stella was respected as the 'Glamour magazine Woman of the Year'. Stella was chosen as the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for her commitments to the universe of form in the New Year Honors 2013. She was positioned among the UK's '100 Most Powerful Women' on BBC by Woman's Hour.


Stella was born on September 13, 1971 in Lambeth, London to Sir Paul and Linda McCartney. Her dad was an American performer and member from Beatles and mother was an American photographer and animal rights activist. Stella has three siblings. Her folks had their own popular music group, 'Wings'. She traversed the world with her parents. Stella did her schooling from state schools, East Sussex.

 

Enthusiastic about fashion from an early age, she did her Foundation Course from Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication. She contemplated Fashion Designing at Central St Martins College of Art and Design.
Stella tasted her first achievement when her design collection during graduation was displayed by supermodels; Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Yasmine Le Bon at the graduation runway appear. Her designs were a moment hit and stood out as truly newsworthy.


The designs were purchased by a London boutique, 'Tokyo' and was certify to Bergdorf Goodman, Joseph, Neiman Marcus and Browns. Stella designed her first coat at the young age of 13! She set out upon her form career as an understudy for Christian Lacroix. She helped him in his first 'haute couture' collection. She worked for Edward Sexton for many years.

These long periods of learning has stood her in great stead. Stella turned into the Creative Director of Chloé, Paris in 1997. Her designs were generally welcomed industrially and by fashion commentators.
Stella McCartney's example of overcoming adversity is an achievement! She opened her very own place of design in organization with the Gucci Group in 2001. Her first designs were displayed in Paris. From clothes to scents, healthy skin and lingerie, Stella's accomplishment in the realm of design was fleeting. She presented her first aroma in the market in 2003. 


Four years down the line, McCartney started her own natural skincare brand, 'CARE'. Enterprising and centred, Stella presented her own lingerie brand and after two years her kid's collection hit the universe of design. Stella has structured handbags for LeSportsac. McCartney designed Madonna's clothes for her re-invitation visit. Stella also designed the wedding dress for Madonna's marriage to Guy Ritchie. She was the form fashioner for Gwyneth Paltrow and Jude Law for the movies; Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. 'Nonchalance' characterizes Stella's designs. She has a partnership with Adidas and launched "Adidas by Stella McCartney", a sport collection for ladies. Stella made a different 

collection of clothes and accessories for H&M. The line was a moment hit and was sold out upon the arrival of its dispatch.

 

She joined several projects with artists like Jeff Koons and Ed Ruscha. McCartney designed an 'Alice in Wonderland' collection of jewellery in a joint venture with Disney. In 2011, the premiere show for McCartney’s designed costumes for New York City ballet, ‘Ocean Kingdom’ was held in the city. McCartney won the Elle Style Award, British Style Awards and at the Spanish Elle Awards for the category ‘Best Designer of the Year’. She was accorded the ‘Green Designer of the Year’ at the ACE Awards 2008. Stella won the esteemed ‘Red Carpet Award’ 2011 by the British Fashion Council. Stella was recognised by the NRDC.
